Barbara Spohn, Principal and INTRESINC, LLC co-founder, has over 30 years of strategic planning, marketing, and development experience. She is CEO and founder of Marketing Strategies Inc., a Georgia based corporation established in 1988 specializing in providing strategic marketing services both domestically and internationally. A seasoned entrepreneur, her career has been diverse although remaining in the development, design and planning community. She represented the City of Berlin after the wall fell, introducing them to investors and design communities in English speaking countries. She became one of America’s youngest partners in a major architectural firm, developed and opened offices for two of the top ten ranked architectural firms in the United States. She also developed a team to revitalize an abandoned Air Force base, served as President of two chapters of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, and is a past Director of the Atlanta Chapter of CoreNet Global, the world’s largest and premier corporate real estate organization. In addition, she is a developer and luxury recreational home builder. Her business has taken her throughout Europe and she participates annually in MIPIM, the international real estate conference held in Cannes, which attracts over 15,000 participants from the domestic and international real estate community. The 2005 MIPIM marked the 11th year of her participation in the event. She has been a frequent speaker throughout the US and Europe, and her writings have been featured in several newsletters and publications.
